Refund policy

All MOHAKOS pieces are handmade and may therefore present minor variations, irregularities or imperfections in shape, colour, texture, weaving, dimensions or finish. These characteristics are a natural result of the handmade process and are part of the identity and uniqueness of each piece.

Such variations are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, exchange or replacement. MOHAKOS does not accept cancellations or exchanges based solely on minor imperfections or variations resulting from the handmade nature of the product.

Each piece is carefully checked before being dispatched to ensure that it meets our quality standards.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights applicable to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

 

For purchases made by consumers within the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation and any legal exceptions.
